Cryptologic Inc. requested that we display their banner "Powered by Cryptologic" on all our sites. We put the banner up on our sites, but it was so ugly and boring and awful, that we submitted them our own for their approval. We submitted them at least 20 banners all 100 times better than their own, including a dozen of really nice ones.
The problem when dealing with these criminals is that they live a double life. They try to project a clean image of themselves, hoping that people won't even think about the fact that they are a bunch of thieves that should be in jail. They pay attention to the smallest details, everything they do is carefully examined, and controlled, and checked by many people, before it's released, to make sure it projecting the right clean image of an honest company.
This is one reason why their games and systems are so awful, and out of touch, and it's aggravated by the fact that so many crooked Russians are involved with their development.
This is the official Cryptologic answer, copied and pasted below without editing it, and the awful banner you see on this page is the one they refused to change.

How is everything? Jenny forwarded your custom "Powered by Cryptologic" banner to me. I'm afraid we have to deny your request to use the new graphic on your sites. I'm sure you understand that in our business of "High-tech ecommerce solution-provider" we have a need for corporate identity and continuity. The "Powered by..." graphic is intentionally downplayed and somewhat bland, in order to dissuede users from the idea that Cryptologic is all about online gaming. It is very easy for the media and other critics to label us mobsters or cheats when they see us straying from our very strict financial image.
I apologize for the inconvenience, and we will try to develop something a little more interesting for your sites, and others. Until then please either use the logo we provided you, or none at all. If you would like to submit more candidates for the "Powered by..." graphic, by all means send them over and I will take your designs into consideration.
Yours truly,
Neil Scudder
