As part of our licensee agreement with the thieves Cryptologic Inc. and their associated crooked companies, and the criminals that are behind their junk company, Cryptologic is fully responsible to handle all the customer support for our players/clients. The reason they insist on doing this, is to help them steal even more money from the licensees and from us, and divert more players to their own casinos operated under fake license agreements.
The less access they gave us to our own clients/players, as their licensee, and the easiest it was for the crooks Cryptologic Inc. to steal our money and all our players. It's very easy to understand this scam, because if a player complains to us, the licensee, that he deposited $5,000 but can't play because the Cryptologic games have so many bugs, or their systems are nor working, or the games are totally rigged, then we would know that a player deposited $5,000 and if we know it it's harder to steal our money.
That is the main reason Cryptologic Inc. insisted on not giving us any access to our players' data so they could massively cheat us.
One of the other reasons is that they customer support and technical support is a real nightmare, and is a total failure and one of the worst you can find. A third world country will have better customer support than these crooks. Totally useless idiots that never knew nothing and couldn't help our players, but made them very upset and very angry.
When many of our players/clients couldn't get through to their customer support numbers, and didn't get any answer at all to their numerous e-mails and complaints, many players called Cryptologic Inc. directly in Toronto, Canada, and they reported speaking with totally incompetent and really useless people, that knew nothing about the software, or the games or their jobs. Complete idiots who were in charge of customer and technical support but so stupid that you wouldn't even let them clean your toilets.
When players got really upset, and very angry, because of the total failure of Cryptologic Inc. to deliver what they promised us under our licensee agreement, we called them many times in Toronto, Canada to see if they would take their head out of their ass and do something about these serious problems.
We often spoke to the idiot Eddie Correira at Cryptologic and he mentioned many times during the conversations the fact that Cryptologic was the owner of Intercasino.com. This name was used very often as their business model. We were told many times that if our players couldn't play at our online casinos because they had too many bugs and were totally rigged, they could always play at Intercasino.com instead because they were using a better software.
All the Cryptologic Inc. licensees are supposed to get the same games and same software and same systems but it was very obvious that the ones they gave us as their licensees were even more inferior and junk than the ones the thieves used at their own online casinos, operated under fake license agreements.
We are based in Europe, and we very often wasted one hour, or more on the phone, paying long distance international calls to get through their customer support. If the crooks delivered what they promised we wouldn't need to call them because they were responsible for the entire customer support to our players/clients.
We wasted thousands of dollars in long distance international phone calls. Thousands of dollars totally wasted because in most cases the bastards wouldn't pick up the phone for hours, so we finally had to hang up, after having wasted thousands of dollars waiting.
Most of the time, it was virtually impossible to reach them, and on the rare occasions when we did, they kept on transferring the call from one idiot to another idiot, just to waste time. Each time we only got totally useless and stupid people who never knew nothing about anything. On one occasion, we wasted 3 hours to get through their awful totally incompetent staff, while we were paying for the international long distance calls, only to be told after 3 hours that they closed for the afternoon, and that we should call the next day. We wasted $138 for that phone call and thousands of dollars more on others.
When it was a technical issue with their junk faulty and rigged games, they transferred our calls to some arrogant and rude Russians son of bitches who never helped us or our clients. Most of the time they didn't even speak the absolute minimum English to understand them and they nearly always started the conversation in Russian language. The bastards got angry when we couldn't understand their language but don't forget that we were calling Toronto in Canada and NOT Russia.
Most conversations with their English speaking idiot and useless staff ended up when they told us that if our players/clients couldn't use our games that Cryptologic Inc. supplied us as their licensees, they should use the ones from their own online casinos and specially Intercasino.com because this is the one that was run by the famous criminal and heroin and drug dealer who financed their criminal company.
On many occasions we told Cryptologic Inc. staff in Toronto, Canada that we received serious complaints from our clients about their junk games and that we were calling them as a Cryptologic Inc. licensee to see if they could find a solution. Guess what these crooks and idiots answered to us?
The thieves told us clearly that if we had problems with their software and games we should use Intercasino.com instead. We told these retarded bums that we were not a player, but a Cryptologic Inc. licensee. Guess what? The scum bags told us that it didn't make any difference to them whether we were a player, or one of their own licensee, the instructions they got from Cryptologic Inc.'s management was to ask everyone to go to their own casino at Intercasino.com
Very hard to find bigger crooks and thieves and criminals than Cryptologic Inc. in the online gambling business.
No wonder the crooks lost most of their real licensees, and no wonder new ones don't want to sign up to get massively cheated and defrauded by these crooks, and also have some of the worst games and systems on the Internet and the most idiotic staff you can find.
Cryptologic Inc. has the worst systems in the whole industry. Real junk developed by their Russian team, and developed with the primary goal to steal from the licensees, the players, and their own investors. Cryptologic Inc. is an organized crime operation laundering money through their disgusting systems.
Just to think about the nightmares and permanent horrors we had to go through makes us feel to vomit. Everyone should boycott Cryptologic Inc. and their evil junk company that is highly infiltrated by the real Mafia and convicted criminals.
If you are considering signing up as a Cryptologic licensee make an urgent appointment with a psychiatrist because you have a serious mental problem. We made the huge mistake to sign up as a Cryptologic licensee, and it was the biggest mistake we ever did in 40 years, but at the time we didn't know that it was an organized crime company, and we didn't know there were nothing but thieves, nobody knew at the time, nobody was discussing it even.
But today, it's a well known fact, and nobody has any excuse for ignoring it, and doing business with the Mafia is also a criminal offence, ask your attorney and he will confirm that you can easily be jailed and lose all your assets.
