As a Cryptologic licensee, right from the beginning, we complained to Cryptologic Inc. that their software was rigged, and that it cheats our players because it takes money from their accounts, even if they didn't play at all. Their dishonest rigged games took money out of the player's account, even when they were not playing at all. Their balances dropped, without the players having done anything at all.
We tested this a large number of times, and we can confirm without a possible doubt that the player's complaints were 100% genuine and real. The money disappeared in front of our own eyes, and we were not even touching the computer, simply watching the monitor.
We also complained to Cryptologic that their payouts and their games were totally rigged, and their answer was that they knew it, but it was not on their list of priorities to fix. Of course not, why would they fix rigged and dishonest games that were massively cheating the players? Over two and a half years later, none of these serious problems was fixed, and Cryptologic Inc. did absolutely nothing about it.
The thieves simply ignored the complaints of the players, and ours, but it's not surprising because at Cryptologic Inc. it's a company policy to ignore the problems, hoping that they will go away, sooner and later. Their management and many officers of Cryptologic Inc confirmed to us many times that this was their standard approach to most complaints. Do nothing, and wait until it goes away. Here again, you can see the strong Russian (Soviet Union) influence on Cryptologic Inc.
Cryptologic rigged software steals money from the player’s accounts. Cryptologic Inc. is a totally dishonest and corrupted company.
It's not surprising they lost most of their licensees, and out of the few remaining, many are fakes, Cryptologic Inc. controls them.
