Cryptologic Inc. had an obligation to provide us with upgrades for their junk software, but they miserably failed to do so, and never did any upgrade whatsoever. In the meantime, they always upgraded their own online casinos operated under their fake licensee agreements. Ours never received any upgrade or fixes because their vicious plan from day one was to steal all our clients, and divert them to their own casinos.
The version the crooks supplied us was full of serious bugs, and no upgrade whatsoever was done by Cryptologic Inc. in over two and half years.
Cryptologic had newer versions, with new games, and some improvements, and new incentives for the players to use their junk software, but they never supplied them to us as their Cryptologic licensee.
The vicious and evil decision by Cryptologic Inc. not to upgrade our software, and not to offer us what they offered to their own online casinos and to some other licensees, is a calculated decision to make sure we were not competitive. This made it easier for them to steal all our clients and totally destroy our entire business.
During the entire period we were operating under our license agreement, and for years after this, Cryptologic Inc. contacted all our clients, each one of them, to offer them special incentives to join their own online casinos, operated under fake licensee agreements. It was straight stealing from day one.
They also sent a CD with their full version of their latest software to our clients, and all sorts of promotional incentives that no real licensee could offer to the players, so the crooks made it more attractive for our own clients to switch over to their own online casinos, operated under their fake licensee agreements.
When we went live as their licensee, the timing happened to be that Cryptologic Inc. supplied us their latest version that was just released, and this was the version that was supposed to fix all the major problems and full of bugs they had with all the previous versions.
Cryptologic Inc. represented this latest version as the “Rolls-Royce” of the industry, and the best games in the world, when in fact it was the biggest junk we ever had. Obviously these Russian thieves didn't know what a real “Rolls-Royce” was because their software was more like a 30 years old Russian car full or rust and falling in pieces, and worth $50 at the junk yard.
At the time, we were among the first of their licensees to get this latest (junk) version, so Cryptologic Inc. is fully responsible for our numerous and serious problems of never supplying us any upgrade and fixes whatsoever for over two years and half years. They released upgrades and fixes, but only for their own online casinos, and a few selected real licensees that they needed badly to support the price of their junk shares on the stock market.
Signing up as a Cryptologic Inc. licensee was the absolute worst business decision we ever took in over 40 years of being very successfully in business. These thieves and crooks managed to completely destroy our entire business by stealing each and every one of our clients, and millions of dollars of our money.
