To give you an example how the thieves Cryptologic Inc. operate, read the clause below copied and pasted from our real Cryptologic Inc. licensee agreement. This is our real licensee agreement with these crooks. It won't take you long to see that their main interest is to steal the entire clients from a licensee, so the crooks can redirect them to their own online casinos operated under their fake licensee agreements and also to some online casinos operated by convicted drug traffickers and real gangsters with heavy criminal history and plenty of very serious criminal convictions.
" (d) Effect of Termination – No termination hereunder shall have the effect of relieving Customer of its obligation to pay to IOL any and all fees, charges and costs and allocations which have accrued prior to such termination. In the event of termination, IOL shall have the option of continuing to operate the Casino in the place and stead of Customer. Should IOL continue to operate the Casino under the Gaming License, then for the first ninety (90) days that IOL is operating under the Gaming License, IOL agrees to ensure that Net Sales Revenue is paid as set out in Schedule ‘A’. Thereafter, IOL shall be entitled to retain the entire Net Sales Revenue."
This is exactly what they did with us, because before switching our casinos to this bunch of gangsters and convicted drug traffickers we were the number one licensee for another game developer for their casino games. The day we switched our casinos to these thieves Cryptologic Inc. our sales dropped 95% and shortly after 100% because they were stealing all our clients.
To remind you that IOL is Cryptologic Inc. own fraudulent licensing company based in Cyprus where it's easier to launder money for the Russian Mafia. Their full name is INTERTAINET OVERSEAS LICENSING LIMITED and when this name got too hot, they changed it to Wagerlogic but they are the same crooks and same thieves, just a different name.
Under this disgusting clause, it means that the thieves can find any excuse they want including totally invalid ones, and terminate the licensee agreement, and steal the entire list of players that belong to the licensee. All this so they can redirect them to their own online casinos operated under their fake licensee agreements and by drug dealers, and where they also steal a lot of money from their own shareholders because these are only scams to defraud everyone, and try to stay out of jail.
When you read this revolting clause, you may wonder why we signed the license agreement, and the answer is that at the time, nobody knew that these were the biggest thieves in the industry. We told Cryptologic Inc. that they licensee agreement was disgusting, and asked them to modify it , and their official reply was that they knew that it was not right, but they didn't want to change it for anybody.
They also confirmed many times that even if their license agreement was honest, and fair, and it wasn't, they could always very easily find a reason to terminate the licensee agreement, even if there was no valid reason to do it, they would simply make one up, invent an excuse. This is Cryptologic Inc.'s official position confirmed by their directors, officers and founders of the company, and their in house attorney.
Signing up as Cryptologic Inc. licensee was the absolute worst business decision we ever took in over 40 years of being very successfully in business. These thieves and crooks managed to completely destroy our entire business by stealing each and every one of our clients, and millions of dollars of our money.
